HEAT-UP ST. LOUIS WEATHER ALERT
Regardless to the threat of bad weather with projected deep snow and freezing temperatures, Heat-Up St. Louis, Inc., providing energy assistance, public education and advocacy will remain open remotely by gaining access to Heatupstlouis.org. Please continue to fill out our applications under, “St. Louis County Residents, or “City Residents” or “Outside Missouri and Illinois Residents.” Funding is still available for us to pay your natural gas, or electric bills based on qualifications. After this extreme weather crisis, Heat-Up St. Louis encourages ALL MO/IL residents, especially seniors, the physical disabled and those living paycheck to paycheck to continue to avoid unsafe methods of heating your homes or apartments by seeking help for your primary heating source.
Heat-Up St. Louis will remain open remotely, even if our outreach offices maybe temporarily closed, if conditions worsen. As partners with Ameren Missouri, Ameren Illinois, and Spire Energy, we do not see under the current threat of bad weather any service utility disconnections. Please continue to reach out to Heatupstlouis.org for energy assistance. Heat-Up St. Louis is an official Ambassador with the National Weather Service. Heatupstlouis.org to access for help!
