Since the not-for-profit organization is solely volunteer based, it is essential that the group maintains a resource of individuals who have small, to medium, to large associations and affiliations. Heat-Up St. Louis and Cool Down St. Louis are open to nominations for membership. Anyone who believes that a potential board candidate can bring financial, fundraising, marketing, public relations, or volunteer resources may nominate that person by sending an official letter of request to Robert Wm. Those expenses are to be considered administrative costs, so that every penny (100%) donated goes to help needy families in about 40 counties in Missouri and Illinois, and the City of St. Louis, where members are responsible for volunteering time and efforts throughout the calendar year, and board members must make an annual donation of their choice. Thank you for helping to Heat-Up St. Louis in the winter months, and Cool Down St. Louis in the summer months.
