Just send us a quick e-mail with the person’s name, age, street address, zip code and city, and a daytime telephone is a must. Also, the amount needed for utility bill! The information will be treated confidentially, and will be used for internal energy assistance efforts ONLY.

On the email Subject put: Request for Utilities

We will personally follow-up the same day, if at all possible, because there is a possibility that we are backed-up with online and/or hotline referrals.
